Specify the type of waterproofing

Define the excavation level

Include the hardware set for doors

Main door to be separated item in the BOQ

Appendix to the BOQ should be attached with pictures of the finishing schedule materials work as a mood board as a guide line for the required samples

Garage door should be motorized with sensor (not manual)
