Window:

• Due to site constraints, if there is a window in the shower area, it should not extend from floor to ceiling, but rather be placed on a sill.

• Generally; the main bathroom window shouldn't be in the shower zone

Sink Zone in wash rooms:

• For the sink zone wash area, we only use a linear drain under the sink instead of a standard square one if it's technically necessary. Our preference is to avoid installing a drain as the first option (Use mop).

• The wash mirror should have a frame around its edge, fixed to the mirror, to create the appearance of a 2 cm recess, without affecting the light behind the mirror.

Toilet:

• The glass door should be laminated glass, for safety.

• The door shower should open in two directions since rubber around shower glass door is no longer recommended unless it is a combination of shower and steam room.

• (For E. Naguib project only) The shower flooring has a drop of 5 cm, by slope under the door entry, not an edge.

• The shower door should be raised around 7mm - 10mm.
