• Ensure that all MEP services, including the ventilation fan, are concealed from view above the parapet to maintain the visual integrity of the building's mass

• Ensure that there is an exhaust fan for the dumbwaiter to prevent food odors from spreading between spaces through the shaft

Internal (DB) and External (MEW + SMSB) Electrical Board are designed as per standard size:
