• All regulations, especially concerning areas and heights, should be checked by the Project Manager and verified by the municipality's designated personnel inhouse.

General Notes

• Any mood images shared on the ALHUMAIDHI ARCHITECTS office WhatsApp group by Eng. Aziz should be reviewed by the respective Project Managers. They are expected to respond with appropriate ideas on how to implement these images in their projects. The mood images can be found in **Projects > CAD REFERENCES > MOOD IMAGES TO BE IMPLEMENTED**.

• All designs must be clean and simple, such as standard louvers. Avoid using irregular louvers like those in project 17-005 Bait Al Nasser Reborn House.
