Finishing:

• All skirting to be continued on wood cabinets and not stopped before like in project 16-013 Shahad Dashti.

• Paint thickness & toilet finishes should be flushed and aligned with top of shower glass door.

• Door Schedule should mention paint color and wood type for all doors.

• All stairs should have skirting. Skirting details can be found in Stair Detail

• Drawings. Skirting material should be mentioned in the Finishes Schedule.

• External Stone Corner Detail must be included in Spot Detail Drawings.

• Stair groove is only to be designed when stair is designed between two walls.

• All external metal doors should be aluminum instead of steel. Steel doors are only used in the exception of a stone cladded external door.
