Water Supply:

• Don't forget to indicate hose bibs for parking, roofs & planters on Plumbing drawings.

• The flow of water is as follows: City Main -> water meter -> from city main and from tanker -> both to water tank -> mechanical room.

• Vent pipes must be indicated for all Toilets and Manholes.

• Drain for all AC machines should be indicated in the drawing.

• Pressurized pipe must be added to pump waste from the basement to the waste water Manhole pipe.

• Thin Slit Linear gutters to be added in front of doors.

• Drain must be through walls for all washing machines.

• Swimming pool, Roof, and Outdoor areas/patios must also include drain points for cleaning.

• Manhole location is as per municipality (Baladiya).

• Recessed type FD (Floor Drain) is used for main areas that are covered with tiles.

• PD (Planter Drain) is used for all planters and RD (Roof Drain) is used for roofs with slopes.

• Reduce the number of Roding Eye (RE) to control sound and negative effects.

• No RE on ground floor if there is no basement floor.

• All plumbing drawings must show slopes.

• Water Supply should be added for all washing machines.

• Rain Drain in front of full openings shall be standard linear drains.

• Floor Drain for Washrooms located underneath Wash Basin.

• Kitchen Floor Drain located near Kitchen Sink.

• No Floor Drain required in the Guest wash area.
